trivium offers the opportunity for a short-term investment in the real estate sector, which focuses on achieving an above-average return while ensuring risk is manageable. To this end, the company usually acquires existing properties, which it develops (optimises, refurbishes, extends) and re-sells in a period of 2 – 5 years. Depending on the type of project, the target return for investors is between 40% and 60% (8 and 20% p.a.). The projects are worth between € 2 million and € 15 million.
Investors may invest as limited partners from a minimum investment of € 100,000.
